I have just found out about the West Norwood Feast which takes place on the first Sunday of every month from 10am – 4pm! It has been established for a little over a year and I went along on 1st July to see what all the fuss was about.
Turns out that despite the rain showers it was a great market and had a lovely feel to it – a good vibe!
You can visit 4 areas around West Norwood:
- A Gardeners’ Corner: a place to pick up seeds, plants and tools.
- An Artisans’ Market: locally-made arts and crafts
- A Food Fair: stalls serving freshly-cooked street food
- A Retro Village: a market for reused, recycled and remade furniture and clothes
You can find my handmade upcycled jewellery & accessories made from ethically sourced recycled materials at the Artisans’ Market on Chatsworth Way
Here you’ll find artists demonstrating their craft, offering workshops and selling their wares, which could be anything from handmade pottery, accessories and knick-knacks to stunning photography and art. The are local bands playing throughout the day to keep you entertained.
