Delivery and Returns

How to buy

Please make sure at the time of purchase you have your credit/debit card on hand.  To buy an item click on the “Add to Basket” button, once you have selected all your designs click on “Checkout”. Here you will be requested for your email address and details such as name, address, postcode and phone number. Please note this information will not be shared with any third-party organisation except with your express consent. If the delivery address is different to the invoice address you can add the alternate address here.

Ordering Process

After an item is in your shopping bag you can view it by clicking the ‘Shopping Bag’ symbol. You may alter the order by changing the number of items and clicking ‘Update’. You can also ‘Remove’ any item from the shopping bag. Once you are ready to proceed, click on the ‘Checkout’ button, you will then be able to choose your preferred payment method. On placing an order through the website you will receive an email confirmation-receipt of your order. Note that it is quicker and easier to make a purchase if you first create an account.

Payment Security

Transactions are processed using the PayPal online payment system which is a highly respected payment service– ensuring all transactions are completely secure by processing payments via secure servers and encrypting your credit card details. Please see the privacy policy for more information. Rebecca Anne Jewellery ensures that your internet shopping is safe and secure.

Delivery Postage

Once payment has been received for the full order Rebecca Anne Jewellery endeavours to deliver to the UK within 5 working days and within 7 -12 working days for International delivery. This is subject to goods being in stock and you should allow a longer delivery time during the holiday periods. If there is likely to be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.

For pieces made to order or out of stock it is generally 2 – 3 weeks (dependant on location of delivery). In this case Rebecca will telephone or email (if you prefer) you within 24 hours to confirm the full details and delivery date. Following that you will also be kept up-to-date by email or phone with progress.

Postage & Packaging Charges

All postage to the UK is free.

For International delivery, please email us with details of location and required order for postage quote.

All items are sent using Royal Mail.

All jewellery comes in recycled boxes and pillow envelopes made from a sustainable source, and we encourage our customers to reuse these. These are carefully packed to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit and the most cost effective way.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received, we’ll exchange it or refund your money, provided the item has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging. Please inform us of any damaged goods or any items that you’re not satisfied with within 7 days of receiving the goods from us, if we do not hear from you in this time, we will assume you’re happy with the products. Please note the exceptions below to the standard refunds procedure where the items are likely to be non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Jewellery which has been commissioned to your choice of colours, fabric or material.
  • Any earrings due to personal hygiene.

If you wish to return items please email us using “Contact Us” and we will give you the necessary instructions. We ask that you return the faulty goods within 7 days after we contact you with the returns instructions. Please be aware that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
